 PortraiturePortraiture is available in two forms: An in person sitting and a painting from a photograph. An in person sitting where the individual would be sketched and painted in one or two sittings. Sittings can last anywhere from 2 to 4 hours depending on the individual. In person portraits will be done in watercolor/gauche paint. In person sittings are only available for persons who live in and around the Portland, Oregon area.A portrait painted from a photograph. These portraits can be of any person or animal and may consist of more than one individual. Portraits from photographs can be painted in watercolor/gauche, oil or acrylic. The photograph need not be of professional quality to produce a portrait painting. This service is not restricted to location. Prices for portraits vary upon size and number on individuals in the painting. Average rates are $100 for a small, $200 for a medium, $300-400 for a large.
