Turn up the SPICE! 12/07/2011
I like my foods spicy. I'm not talking only about peppers and heat, I like flavorful foods enhanced with a variety of herbs and spices. Indian food in particular ranks on the top of my list for always packing a punch direct from the spice market. It turns out that some of my favorite culinary flavorings like cinnamon, chili pepper and ginger - not only make my meals heavenly, but they also bring added health benefits to the table.
